煤矿井下钻机钻孔与机械伤害事故原因分析及对策

摘要: 在深入分析煤矿井下钻机瓦斯抽采钻孔施工中可能发生的卡钻顶钻、钻杆扭断、偏斜、串孔、涌水和喷孔等主要常见钻孔事故现象、原因的基础上,给出了指导性处理方法,同时分析钻机施工中7种常见机械伤害事故发生的原因,提出预防措施。该研究对煤矿井下钻机瓦斯抽采钻孔安全施工具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: Drilling and mechanical injury accidents are huge threat of gas drainage drilling and efficient construction in underground coal mine. Through in-depth analysis of drilling accident mainly common phenomenon and reasons such as sticking and pushing drill, drill pipe torsion fracture, deviation, connected pores, gushing and orifice in drilling rig gas drainage drilling construction in underground coal mine, on this basis, given guidance processing method, and analyze the reasons for the drilling rig construction of seven rigs common mechanical injury accidents, propose preventive measures. This paper has a certain guiding significance on safety construction of gas drainage drilling in underground coal mine.
